By accessing or using the ISSINE eTires website (issineetires.com), mobile applications, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users, including customers, shop owners, wholesalers, fleet operators, delivery riders, and partners.

ISSINE eTires is a comprehensive mobility ecosystem that connects:

• check_circle Users: Vehicle owners seeking tire and auto services
• check_circle Shops: Tire shops and auto service providers
• check_circle Wholesalers: Parts and tire distributors
• check_circle Fleets: Fleet operators managing multiple vehicles
• check_circle Riders: Delivery partners through DIEL Delivery

ISSINE facilitates connections between these parties but does not directly provide automotive services or deliver products. Services are provided by independent third-party providers.

person 3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• check_circle Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• check_circle Maintain and promptly update your account information
• check_circle Keep your password confidential and secure
• check_circle Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• check_circle Be at least 18 years old to create an account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• block Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• block Harass, abuse, or harm another person through the Platform
• block Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• block Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers
• block Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• block Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ISSINE eTire Shops and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform without our written permission.

Trademarks: "ISSINE eTires," "DIEL Delivery," and related logos are trademarks of ISSINE eTire Shops. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• check_circle Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose
• check_circle Non-infringement, course of performance, or trade usage
• check_circle Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information on the Platform
• check_circle Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform

We do not warrant the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by third-party providers. You use the Platform at your own risk.

shield 8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ISSINE ETIRE SHOPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• check_circle Your access to or use of (or inability to access) the Platform
• check_circle Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• check_circle Services provided by third-party shops or providers
• check_circle Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to ISSINE in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 if you have not paid anything.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ISSINE eTire Shops, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

cancel 10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• check_circle Breach of these Terms
• check_circle Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• check_circle Extended period of inactivity
• check_circle At our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

public 11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the courts located in Houston, Texas.

update 12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Platform after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
